Please allow 5 to 15 business days for delivery unless noted differently by the item. If you need something sooner than the projected time, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. We will all do our best to meet your needs when possible. Shipping is handled through the USPS or UPS.

If any of the items we carry are not in stock, we will contact you immediately. You may choose to wait for the out of stock items, substitute another product, or cancel your order. You will only be charged for the items that have been shipped. Payment Options TOP
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. We have a highly secure site so your financial and personal information will be secure.
We are sorry but we do not accept personal checks; however, should you wish to pay by certified check, please note that in the special instructions section of the order form and send the check to us. As soon as we receive your check and it has cleared, your order will be placed and you will be contacted.

If you are not completely happy with your item, please call us immediately (252.349.0421). We will either work out a refund or a replacement. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is a result of an error of Helenandhoyt.com or one of its vendors.
Unfortunately personalized items are not returnable. Please make sure you check your order carefully before sending. If the error is due to a mistake of Helenandhoyt.com, please let us know within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly replace the item as quickly as possible.
If you need to make a change after your order has been placed, please call us immediately (252.349.0421). We will do our best to assist you but can not guarantee that all changes can be made. We appreciate your understanding of these policies.
Please carefully review the initials and/or name you have entered to be monogrammed, as we are not responsible for incorrectly submitted orders. Each page lists the order in which initials should be entered please follow these carefully. Order Cancellation and Changes TOP
To cancel or change an order, call 252.349.0421 and we will make every effort to accommodate you, although we cannot always guarantee that we can cancel or change the order once it has gone into production.

If you do not see exactly what you are looking for, please give us a ring! We work with many vendors and would be happy to work with you to find the perfect gift!
While we offer our most popular typefaces, lettering and monogram styles, we have more! If you do not see what you are looking for please contact us we will be happy to assist you. There may be a small additional charge for extra large or complicated monograms.
We also will be happy to assist you with a thread color match if you are working with specific needs. We have access to 100’s of thread colors and will gladly special order one for you. If you can provide us with a fabric swatch or a Pantone color, we will find it! Gift Wrapping TOP
All of your items will arrive beautifully packaged, at no charge, with a ribbon bow and a Helen & Hoyt label.
We also offer gift wrapping for $5.00 - $10.00 per gift, depending on the size of the gift. Your item will be carefully wrapped in tissue, a box, wrapping paper and a ribbon. A personalized gift card can also be added. Please include your requests in the special instructions section of the order form.
We also would be pleased to include a personalized card or note from you with your gift(s). Simply send them to us with a list of which card accompanies which gift. A fabulous way to really personalize your gift and a service we are pleased to offer. Corporate Gifts TOP
